hmm its tricky. i think the 40Ds faster, but the 400D is higher quailty photo and cheaper.

sorry for the slow reply and thank you for the fave umm those photos were taked on A Sony HS - 3. But alas i traded with my parents and go an early Bday present and i am now the proud owner of a Cannon EOS 400D Slr and i have to lenese a 18- 75 mm and i forget the other one but it goes to 300mm. So happy about getting it, i also have my p's so i can go where ever to take photos. So expect some good new stuff. Your new photos are composed rather elegently i like them. esspecialy the one with the red rose on the white fence... well i think its a rose. i would recomend you get a decent edditing program like Adobe Lightshop for windows or Apeture 2 for Mac Osx, myspace me if you want me to get you a link for that program take care and enjoy
